Cancellation Policy
Adjustments to player count or cancellation of a round must be done 24 hours in advance in order to avoid charges.
If tee times are not cancelled before the 24-hour window, Royal St. Cloud Golf Links reserves the right to charge golfers for missed tee times, “No-Shows” and “Short Shows”.
A credit in the amount of full amount of the tee time(s) (plus applicable sales taxes) will be issued in the form of a “Raincheck” that can be used towards another round of golf at Royal St. Cloud, valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Rainchecks will also be issued for rounds that were prepaid and cancelled before the 24-hour window. No refund will be able to be given for Prepaid rounds.
Tournaments/Leagues have different requirements. Please refer to your contract or contact course management.
Booking a Tee Time
Tee Time bookings for all players will require full name, email address, phone number and credit card number of the person making the reservation to complete a booking either online, in person or via telephone call to the Golf Shop. Unless you choose the Prepaid option, the credit card on file will not be charged until the time you check in for your round.
”No Shows”
If the player/group of players does not cancel the round(s) within 24 hours or does not show up for the tee time(s) booked, that is called a “No Show.” In the case of “No-Shows,” the player/group of players will be charged the full amount of the tee time(s) (plus applicable sales taxes).
“Short Shows”
When booking a group, it is important to keep the golf course updated completely with any changes to your group size. If a reservation is made for 4 players and only 3 players show up, if you don’t adjust the player count within 24 hours of the tee time, then the group will be responsible to pay for the 4th golfer or any no-show golfers in the group. The full amount will be charged plus applicable sales taxes.
